Curriculum
Stefan Baumgartner studied law at the University of Fribourg and was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Lucerne in 2008. Subsequently, Stefan Baumgartner worked for several years as a judicial law clerk at the High Court and Administrative Court of the Canton of Nidwalden. Thereafter, he pursued postgraduate studies in Washington, D.C., where he obtained an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University. Before joining BOHEST AG in June 2020, Stefan Baumgartner deepened his knowledge in the field of intellectual property law at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law).
